I fly into KTUS fairly often and I agree with the above comments. KAVQ is not so friendly to transients. Premier Aviation is a good resource if you have an airplane problem. They treated my problem quickly and fairly in terms of time and cost.

Have flown into this airport several times (son attends college in Tucson). GA friendly airport; Executive Terminal very friendly, helpful staff. Fuel prices reasonable. Easy to get into and out of, and the occasional fighter jet landing parallel is an exciting plus.
